One system, one pipeline.
This can take up to half a minute the first time in a while.
Every application is kept, so when two look like the same person they both exist and land here. Merge them, or say they are two people — a phone really can be shared.
People book their own 15-minute time up to two weeks out. This is who booked, and when — in your own time zone.
Loading the booked times…
History only — they booked a time and were interviewed.
Loading who has stalled…
When a fellow could not do something the normal way, they recorded it here rather than lose the person. Read what went wrong, fix it on their record (open them in The Pool), then mark it sorted so it drops off this list.
Loading the payroll queue…
Nothing here pays anyone automatically. "On payroll list" means they are on the list the program director reviews and manually sends to Field Strategies. People reach this queue by getting onto Reach — the contact count is looked up and entered here, at the sign-off, by someone reading it out of Reach. That sign-off is the 30-contact bar and the only thing that puts anyone on the list. Counts stored before 2 Sep were reported by the person themselves and are marked as unverified; a nightly BigQuery job will fill them in automatically once it is built.
Two doors, one record: the director can sign these off on the workbook’s Payroll Checker tab (decisions there are pulled in when this page loads, or with the button), or type the count here. The stored number is the count on file when they were added — a signed-off figure today, the BigQuery sync's once it runs.
What the whole team has recorded today, and what each person has done. Everybody on staff sees the same panel.

Applications and interview times come from applicants, not from a staffer. These are the team’s numbers and stay the same whoever is picked above.
Busiest first. Tap anyone to see just their numbers.
The operating model, end to end — reference, not a queue. During office hours everything between the application and training runs inside one Zoom meeting: a waiting room out front, breakout rooms behind it. The plain-words version of each job is on the Resources page, under Running the room.
Entry points — every one of them feeds the same application
From the Interviews tab — who ran it, and how it went (all time).
Loading each fellow’s numbers…
Every way in, every step, and where people fall out — with live counts.
The two places people fall out, measured the same way the old Central Dashboard measured them.
Sign-ups, interviews, trainings, and payroll — last 30 days.
Where everyone still in the program is right now, and how many fall away between steps. People who dropped out are listed separately at the bottom rather than carried down the funnel.
Every QR code, table, and canvass is tracked separately, so you can see which recruiting actually produces mobilizers.
Fellows tick what they noticed about somebody — in the interview, and again while training them on the Reach app. It is optional every time, so this is what people happened to spot, not a survey of everybody. Tap a tag to see who carries it. The same people, with their tags, come out of Exports at the bottom of this page as a spreadsheet you can hand to Comms or Field.
Scroll down to load what fellows have flagged.
Search by name, email, or source. Click a row to open them in the interview form.
Every one of these has step-by-step instructions with examples on the Resources page.

The windows when the Zoom room is staffed. Someone can be interviewed live in that room, and their training can follow in the same room straight afterwards. Outside these windows — or while the Zoom link is blank — fellows train people directly, by video or in person, right after the interview.
24-hour times. Anything not listed is outside office hours.
Three files, all CSV. The payroll list goes to finance; the missing-Person-ID file feeds voter-file matching; the flagged list is the one you hand to Comms or Field.
Ref . This edits the record itself — the dashboard and every Google Sheet tab pick the fix up from here.
