Checking your session…
This can take up to half a minute the first time in a while.
Pull someone out of the pool, run the interview, and move them through training, Reach, and payroll.
This can take up to half a minute the first time in a while.
Tap someone to work on them.
Their application loads here with the interview questions, a VoteBuilder lookup for their Person ID, and everything you can check off. Anyone who applied on the website, at a table, or off a QR code shows up in the pool automatically.
They are standing with you and never applied. Take the application first — it records their consent and eligibility the same as every other channel — and the interview opens on this screen the moment it saves.
Mobilizers must be 18 or older.
Open VoteBuilder in a second window, find them, and paste the Person ID here. That window stays open so you can keep looking people up all shift.
In VoteBuilder, open the person and expand the Voter File VANID section — copy the DNCPersonID line. If it’s missing, use one of the other IDs there and pick which one from the dropdown. No ID at all means we can’t match them — they can still be passed and trained, but they cannot go on the payroll list until an ID is here.
VoteBuilder is open in another window — switch to it, look them up, then come back here and paste the ID.
The interview only. Saving records it, writes it to the Interviews tab, and moves them forward automatically. Training is recorded in its own panel below, after the interview is saved. Nothing they already answered on their application is asked again here — it is shown to you instead.
Opens the saved interview for changes — including the Interviewer, if it was recorded under the wrong name. Just training them? The Training panel below is yours; this interview stays theirs.
Filled in from the account you signed in with — change it only if you are keying in somebody else’s interview.
Already filled in from their application — you are confirming and correcting, not asking again. Nobody is showing ID here: the legal name and date of birth are simply what we need to look them up in the voter file.
Answer this first — a no-show ends the form here.

All optional, and none of it changes whether they pass. Tick anything that fits, so the campaign can find these people again later. If nothing stood out, leave it all blank — that is a normal interview.
They never showed, so the rest of the interview does not apply — save this and they are recorded as an interview flake.
Saved on the Interviews tab with this interview. For a note on their running record, use the progress panel.
Handing them to a trainer instead? In Zoom, move them into the training breakout. They are already on the trainer’s Needs training list, this interview stays under your name, and the training is recorded under whoever saves it.
Separate from the interview above. Training happens live — in the Zoom room right after the interview, or in person with them — then record their Reach contacts underneath (Reach — the canvassing app they’ll work in).
Prefilled with you. The interview above keeps its own interviewer; change this only if you are recording a training somebody else ran.
They’re training themselves. Send them the materials; they are on the Async Track tab of the workbook from now, for someone to check on and verify. Nothing to record until they tell you they finished.
For people you trust to self-serve. Mark it here; send the videos yourself (text or email from your phone) — the system will surface them for a check-in in a few hours.
Not training them right now? Nothing to record — they stay at “Passed to training”, and if they stall they’ll come up in the Flakes chase list.
Onboarding them onto the Reach app is the last part of training.
Tick each step as you finish it. Every tick saves on its own, straight away — there is nothing to save at the end.
From the Reach sync, or the payroll sign-off. Nobody types this number in.
Nothing ticked yet. Anything ticked in the interview, or while training them, shows up here.
Both of these are optional — fill in either one, or both.
Appended to their notes on the Applicants tab. You can save a drop-out without writing anything here.
Write down what you have and what went wrong, then carry on with the person in front of you. This lands on the Needs Review tab and somebody will pick it up — nobody gets lost because a screen misbehaved.
